Enrollment Information
We welcome applications for Grade R through Grade 7. As a Quintile 3 No-Fee school, we provide quality education without tuition fees.
Admission Requirements
- Age appropriate for the grade applied (Grade R: turning 4 by June 30; Grade 1: turning 6 by June 30)
- Original Birth Certificate or Identity Document
- Immunization Record (for Grade R and Grade 1)
- Previous School Report (if transferring from another school)
- Transfer Card (from previous school, if applicable)
- Proof of Residence (rates account, lease agreement, or affidavit)
- Parent/Guardian ID copy
- Two passport-size photographs of the learner

Enrollment Process
Our straightforward enrollment process ensures your child gets started smoothly
Step-by-Step Process
- Step 1: Contact the school to verify space availability for your child's grade
- Step 2: Visit the school office to collect the enrollment application form
- Step 3: Complete the application form and submit all required documents
- Step 4: Pay the once-off registration fee (see fee structure below)
- Step 5: Attend the intake interview with your child
- Step 6: Receive confirmation of enrollment and class allocation
Available Grades
- Grade R (Reception Year): 4-5 year olds, CAPS adapted curriculum
- Grade 1: 6 year olds, Foundation Phase
- Grade 2: 7 year olds, Foundation Phase
- Grade 3: 8 year olds, Foundation Phase
- Grade 4: 9 year olds, Intermediate Phase
- Grade 5: 10 year olds, Intermediate Phase
- Grade 6: 11 year olds, Intermediate Phase
- Grade 7: 12 year olds, Senior Phase (Final primary year)

Note: Fee structure is subject to change. Parents/Guardians will be notified of any amendments. Payment arrangements can be discussed with the school administration.

Common Questions
- Does my child need to be toilet trained? Yes, except for Grade R, children should be fully toilet trained before enrollment.
- Is there a waiting list? Yes, when classes are full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when space becomes available.
- Can my child transfer mid-year? Yes, subject to space availability and proper transfer documentation from the previous school.
- What are school hours? School starts at 07:30 and ends at 14:30 for Grades 1-7. Grade R dismisses at 12:30.
